XRobotics builds the xPizza Cube, a countertop pizza-topping robot roughly the size of a stackable washing machine that uses machine learning to apply sauce, cheese and pepperoni to dough at up to 100 pizzas per hour. First version shipped in 2021; the current model launched in 2023 and is leased to pizzerias at about $1,300/month on three-year terms. As of mid-2025 its deployed robots were producing about 25,000 pizzas per month at regional chains such as Ameci Pizza Kitchen and Pizzita Circle.
