IIT Madras spin-out (Centre for Non-Destructive Evaluation) that indigenously designs and manufactures compact underwater ROVs and AUVs for inspection of submerged infrastructure — dams, ports, railway bridges, refineries and offshore assets. Delivers robotics-as-a-service: its own vehicles carry HD cameras, sonar, laser defect-quantification and NDT payloads, with results processed through the proprietary Planys Analytics Dashboard (PAD) for AI-assisted defect reporting. Product line spans teleoperated ROVs (Mike, Beluga, Orca, Trikhand, Jal Avalokini) and autonomous underwater vehicles (Svaayatt, Tritanta), plus in-house thrusters and an Internet-of-Underwater-Things stack. Launched defence subsidiary Planys Ark in December 2025; claims 25,000+ operational hours across 500+ sites in 10+ countries.
