Element Logic
Founded 1985 by brothers Dag-Adler and Kjell Blakseth; pivoted into robotic warehouse automation as AutoStore's first-ever integration partner and is now its largest, deploying cube-storage robot grids across Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific. Builds the eOperator robotic piece-picking cell (RightHand Robotics RightPick core, charter member of RightHand's Partner Integrator program, March 2022) that picks from AutoStore bins into outbound order containers, and has added Addverb mobile robots to its portfolio. Its own software layer (eManager, eController, eHub) orchestrates robots, ports and order flow. Castik Capital became majority owner in 2021; Ankush Malhotra took over as Group CEO from co-founder Dag-Adler Blakseth in August 2024.
