Chemify
Chemify has built a proprietary modular robotics platform driven by χDL, a universal chemical programming language that translates molecular designs into executable robot instructions. The ASSEMBLER route-optimisation engine selects validated reaction pathways and dispatches them to in-house robotic synthesisers. The entire chemputation stack — including the robotics hardware — is maintained in-house, with engineering and fabrication zones at the Glasgow Chemifarm used to prototype next-generation hardware. The Chemifarm, opened July 2025, runs hundreds of robots in a closed-loop AI-driven synthesis and characterisation cycle.
